Our approach

Starting point: the project, not the job description

We don’t start with a job profile, but with the project itself, and work with you to identify the technical expertise and capacity required. Thanks to our background in engineering and secondment, we understand how projects are structured and where bottlenecks arise, enabling us to make decisions that are in line with the reality of the project.

Flexible deployment of capacity and expertise

Once we have clarified the requirements, we work with you to determine how technical professionals will be deployed within the project. This can range from bringing in a single specialist to bolstering an entire team, depending on the phase and complexity of the project. In some situations, we also provide support with the organisation or implementation of (sub)projects.
